Brilliant Jewellers friendly staff.. Got my engagement ring from here.

I purchased a pair of silver earrings with a drop pearl on before Christmas from this jewellers at a cost of £33. Sadly the pearl came detached but I did find it. Today I returned to the shop to show them. I was expecting for them to send the ear ring away to be repaired or even say that as I had no receipt there was nothing that they could do. The lovely efficient sales assistant was very apologetic and straight away offered to replace both my ear rings with a brand new identical pair. She referred to her colleague who also agreed replacement and apologised again. Both staff are an asset to the company helpfull, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. This was excellent customer service and I walked out a very happy customer. Many Thanks
