Went to buy my hubby a replacement wedding ring for our 20th anniversary,( he lost the original) as a surprise, bought one, wrong size, swapped it for a bigger one after they rang round shops for me, on our anniversary, still too small, but they reordered a bigger one, i have so many different receipts, the girls in the preston store were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, even though i probably drove them mad, thank you so much.

I had a wonderful experience at Warren James thanks to Kathleen. She went above and beyond, taking the time to show me a variety of jewelry options, particularly different curbed chains. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the whole process enjoyable. I am truly grateful for her assistance and will definitely be coming back thanks to her excellent service!
