Thoroughly satisfied with my visit to warren james today. Diane was the lovely server who supported me in deciding between two bracelets i wanted to purchase and a pair of earrings as well. Will definitely be back soon :)

Wow very surprised, the service was excellent .. the 2 women went out of there way to help us, i didnt think we would get the wedding rings we wanted, as they didn't have our Size in store , and would have to order on line and mite not get the rings on times, but then 1 one 9f ladies used her initiative and actually found the rings we wanted in both our size and bought the rings there and then. I am so happy, thank you girls for your excellent help, one very happy couple. ?

Service at this store was brilliant! All staff were friendly, understanding, polite and well-mannered. Helped me a lot with my purchases and ensured I was satisfied, with sizes I was going to be purchasing. Would highly recommend going there! Was served by Both Laura’s and Imogen.
