I've had great experiences shopping here, the staff are all very helpful and the jewellery is great value, especially the diamond rings which are of the same high quality you expect from a high end jewellers, for half the price. The store is kept clean and is convinient to get to, being in a shopping centre. Would definitely recommend for presents, bridesmaids jewellery or engagement/wedding rings. Having done price comparisons with other jewellers I know you can get the same jewellery much cheaper here.

Visited Warren James in Banbury to pick out my engagement ring with my fiance, we looked at all the different rings in the window and when I chose one that I liked we went in to the shop. We were instantly being helped by a lovely woman, she told us about the ring and was so helpful. I have very small fingers so had to get a resize but she was very helpful with that also. Great customer service and great prices for lovely jewellery!
