Georgina and Lisa are both absolutely amazing ladies!! Always ready to assist with warm welcoming smiles and always go above and beyond! They are super friendly, well mannered, very professional and extremely helpful. They make shopping so much fun! And defo bring the whole ‘shopping experience’ to a new level! Came to warren James today with the engagement ring my partner bought from me there. The ring needed to be sized 3 sizes down which we understood was a difficult job! Anna and Lisa the lovely ladies who worked there went above and beyond to get my ring sorted and sent off to the correct person for the job. I walked away with much confidence and happiness with trust in these ladies! Would highly recommend if anybody do is looking for a ring and if the ring needs any further work! Today I purchased a bracelet from The Arcade Shopping Centre, Ashton U Lyne. I was greeted cheerfully by a lovely young man. He was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The way he presented the goods helped me decide on my purchase. It wasn’t expensive but I felt it didn’t matter if I was spending a few pounds or a few thousand pound I was still treated like a valued customer. I would just like to say well done with your choice of staff. Good luck to this young man with his future career. The bracelet was worth every penny.

Went in today to buy wedding rings.. We was served by Hanna who's the manager.. what a lovely accommodating lady.. She found exacally what we wanted plus more.. plus the assistant that was also working in the shop was very helpful to.. lovely lady's.. would recommend them.. 5 star.. Thankyou xxxx
