SHOP OPENING INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

It goes without saying that we are doing everything we can to keep our shops open, subject to local (and national) rules. Opening hours may vary whilst we keep our staff and customers secure and comfortable. Please phone the shop before making a special trip. 

The incredible support that our customers have shown in the past months has been humbling and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Warren James staff too have been brilliant during this crisis and have stood up to the mark. Thank you.

Regarding those shops that have only recently re-opened, or are forced to close again due to local lockdown issues:   

• Our returns, exchange & refund policy are extended until after we re-open
• Expired Credit Vouchers are extended until after we re-open - See exchange & refund policy
