Exchange Policy | Refund Policy
WEBSITE EXCHANGE POLICY
Unworn resaleable item(s) purchased from our website may be exchanged at one of our stores within 28 days from the order date on your receipts.
For Christmas we've extended the period of time of our exchange policy to allow purchases made between 14th November and the 24th December to be returned up to the 21st January 2025.
Please take the unworn resaleable item and a copy of either your email receipt or delivery receipt to a store of your choice where we will gladly exchange the item to the same value or higher should you choose to pay the difference.
Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed by post.
Please note that a refund cannot be processed at any of our branches.
For combination purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or buy one get another item at a reduced price) you must return the free or reduced price items to enable an exchange to be processed.

Pierced Jewellery
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our Website Exchange policy.
Personalised Jewellery
We are unable to offer an exchange on a personalised jewellery order. This means that we cannot provide an exchange on any item that has been specially altered or personalised in any way.
Return Online Only
We are unable to offer an exchange on item(s) which are excluded from our Website Exchange policy. This is stated on the jewellery item description.
WEBSITE REFUND POLICY
Unworn resaleable item(s) purchased from our website may be refunded providing that you request this within 28 days from the date on the dispatch note email.

To request a refund - Please note that a refund cannot be processed at any of our stores.

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund.
Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.
In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.

FREE when you spend over £59. Delivered by Royal Mail - a signature may be required on receipt.
Special UK Delivery £7.95
FREE when you spend over £300. Delivery is on the next working day (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays) if your order is received by Midday (Monday-Friday) and delivered to mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. Orders received by 8am Saturday will be delivered the following Monday. Delivered by Royal Mail - a signature will be required on receipt. Excludes all personalised jewellery.
European Countries £8.95
Rest of World £8.95
Delivery is Monday - Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Delivery times are subject to Royal Mail International delivery timescale.
Boxes & Gift Bags
Are not added to Warren James prices, but for your special gifts may be purchased for just £3.90. Should you choose not to purchase, your jewellery will be sent to you in a Warren James jewellery wallet. Giving you the choice helps to protect the environment for future generations.
We will do our absolute best to meet the stated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed - this is subject to stock and courier availability and external factors beyond our control. If your purchase has not arrived within the expected time you should first check with your neighbour or your local Delivery Office.
Last Christmas, we processed and dispatched all orders in record time. Every single item ordered before the stated last delivery times (Standard UK Delivery 8am Thursday 19/12/24; And Special UK Delivery 8am Saturday 21/12/24) was collected by Royal Mail.
Unfortunately an item may sometimes go missing in the post.
We are unable to investigate any item that has not been delivered unless 15 working days has passed since the date the item was dispatched.
All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch date (for your dispatch date check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).
The 15 working day period before investigation and 28 working day deadline may be extended when normal delivery times are disrupted and delays beyond our control occur.
